What happens to my data if I delete my account or subscription?
The second you delete your account, all your personal data and downloaded media backups are permanently deleted from our servers (Hard-Delete). They are not shared with any 3rd party companies and are not kept in a hidden database. To us, "delete" really means "delete".
Is my backed up data secure?
Yes. Your content is stored on Cloudflare R2's enterprise-grade encrypted servers. Passwords you upload to the system are protected with one-way (bcrypt) encryption; nobody, including us, can see your password.
How can I download the backed up posts?
You can instantly download all your backups as a neatly organized .ZIP file to your computer or phone with a single click from your dashboard, or download them individually by clicking the "Download" button when hovering over photos or videos in the View page.
